The Dutch Infrared & Raman Discussion Group organises two one-day meetings each year for everyone interested in vibrational spectroscopy. They are held throughout the country. Lectures on instrumentation, techniques and applications vary in length from 25-45 minutes and the language is Dutch (if possible). On average 60-80 people from industry, government and academic institutions attend these meetings. Membership is free and the IRDG secretariat is based at VibSpec in Tiel, The Netherlands.
